This document outlines the key policies and procedures designed to guide your journey as a 5 Voices Certified Guide. Your relationship with GiANT is governed by this Certified Guide Agreement, which includes these Policies and Procedures and the Compensation Plan. These documents collectively form the “Agreement.” By becoming a 5 Voices Certified Guide, you agree to uphold the standards and expectations outlined in this Agreement, as well as to comply with all relevant laws and regulations. This Agreement is designed to protect the integrity of the GiANT and 5 Voices brands and ensure that all Guides operate with excellence and consistency.
At GiANT, we strive to stay current with best practices, legal requirements, and the evolving needs of our community. As such, we may update this Agreement from time to time. These updates are intended to improve our collective success and reflect changes in the broader business environment. Guides are responsible for staying informed of any changes and ensuring their compliance with the latest guidelines. Your continued engagement with GiANT signifies your acceptance of any updates, ensuring that our partnership remains strong and forward-looking.

To join the GiANT community as a 5 Voices Certified Guide, you must meet several important requirements. You must be at least 18 years of age, ensuring you are of legal capacity to enter this agreement. Additionally, maintaining an active annual license with GiANT is required in order to access our tools and resources. Finally, you must commit to adhering to the policies and guidelines outlined in this Agreement, demonstrating your alignment with GiANT’s mission and values.
By becoming a 5 Voices Certified Guide, you gain access to GiANT’s proven frameworks and tools designed to drive lasting transformation in individuals, teams, and organizations. The 5 Voices certification is at the heart of your journey, equipping you with a simple yet powerful system to unlock potential, enhance communication, and create impactful change.
In addition to the 5 Voices framework, you’ll receive access to unparalleled resources and ongoing support to ensure your success. This includes customer service for troubleshooting, technical support for GiANT tools, and expert guidance to help you deliver world-class results. You’ll also have opportunities to earn commissions on the sale of GiANT products and services, allowing you to build a sustainable revenue stream.

Professional development is further enhanced through exclusive training opportunities, events, and resources tailored to your success, ensuring you stay ahead in leadership development and the application of the 5 Voices.
As a 5 Voices Certified Guide, you have the opportunity to earn commissions based on the sale of GiANT products through your affiliate links. Our commission structure is designed to reward your growth and success at every stage. For a full outline of your opportunities as a 5 Voices Certified Guide for compensation, please review the current Guide Compensation Plan.
Here is a breakdown of the XP-based tiers:
XP, or experience points, are earned at a rate of $1 spent = 1 XP. Your commission tier is determined by your accumulated XP over a rolling 12-month window, creating a clear path to higher earnings as your impact grows.
For GiANT OS-based subscriptions, such as OS Pro and Catalyst, you can earn monthly recurring revenue (MRR) commissions. These subscriptions are a vital part of the GiANT ecosystem, and your role in promoting them is integral to our shared success. MRR commissions will continue as long as the customer account remains active and you maintain an active annual license with GiANT.
In addition to OS-based products, you can expand your income opportunities through community-based offerings. Sales of GiANT products or services outside the OS platform are eligible for a flat 20% commission. These offerings allow you to reach broader audiences and create meaningful impact in diverse settings. Please review the current Guide Compensation Plan for how to apply to be an affiliate within one of our communities (such as Athletics, Military, Education, and more).
5 Voices Certified Guides who become certified to administer the 5 Voices framework within their own organization are not eligible to receive commissions on any products or resources sold or purchased for use within that organization. This policy applies specifically to internal certification efforts and ensures that GiANT’s compensation structure remains transparent and fair.
For 5 Voices Certified Guides who operate an external business, commissions are allowed on products and services sold as part of that business. However, sales or purchases tied directly to the Guide’s own internal organization are excluded from commission eligibility. This distinction helps uphold the integrity of the GiANT community and avoids potential conflicts of interest.
As a GiANT Certified Guide, you are entrusted with proprietary tools, customer leads, and other sensitive information to support your work. To protect GiANT’s community and resources, you may not directly or indirectly recruit or solicit other GiANT Guides or their customers for any other business opportunity. This restriction applies during the term of your agreement and in all markets where GiANT operates.
“Recruit” refers to any attempt to encourage another Guide or their customers to join, purchase from, or participate in a competing business opportunity. You are also prohibited from interfering with GiANT’s contractual relationships with other Guides, such as by promoting non-GiANT businesses or opportunities within GiANT forums or communications.
Violations of this policy may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or termination of your Guide account. GiANT may also pursue legal remedies to prevent further violations.
If you provide services or training to help others grow their businesses, you must follow these guidelines:
As an independent contractor, you may pursue other business opportunities, but certain restrictions apply. If your other business involves products or services that compete with GiANT’s offerings, you may not:
Competing products or services include any offerings related to personal or leadership development that overlap with GiANT’s tools or certifications. Guides found in violation of these policies may face suspension or termination of their account.
The 5 Voices framework is at the core of GiANT’s mission to transform leadership culture and empower individuals and teams. To protect the integrity of this foundational content, as well as all GiANT tools and resources, we’ve established guidelines to ensure consistent and responsible use. By adhering to this policy, you help maintain the quality, exclusivity, and impact of GiANT’s content while leveraging it effectively in your work.
GiANT and 5 Voices content is specifically designed to deliver proven outcomes when used as intended. Recording GiANT content, including 5 Voices tools or frameworks, for use in independent programs, courses, or other materials is strictly prohibited. All Guides must use GiANT-provided resources in their original format.
Building or leading online communities centered on GiANT or 5 Voices content is not permitted unless expressly authorized by GiANT. This policy ensures that the tools and resources remain unique to GiANT’s ecosystem and aligned with our mission of delivering high-quality, consistent impact.
The delivery of training that incorporates GiANT or 5 Voices content, must be conducted in partnership with GiANT. Guides are prohibited from creating independent training materials or conducting training sessions based on GiANT content without prior approval. Any authorized training partnerships will require the 5 Voices base certification as a foundational element to maintain the integrity and consistency of the framework.

This policy allows for appropriate use while protecting the originality and exclusivity of GiANT’s intellectual property.
GiANT tools, including the 5 Voices framework and related content, are developed to provide consistent, proven results. As such, they must be used as provided, without modification or alteration. This ensures that all users experience the tools in their intended and most effective form.
The unauthorized reproduction, recording, or redistribution of GiANT and 5 Voices content is strictly prohibited. This includes verbatim sections from GiANT books, assessments, or other resources hosted on the GiANT OS platform, within GiANT communities, or provided through other official channels. These materials are protected by copyright and trademark laws and are not to be used outside of their intended purpose.
If you plan to incorporate GiANT or 5 Voices content into any external work, you must first seek approval from GiANT. Submit a written plan that outlines the intended use to compliance@giantworldwide.com. Final drafts of your work must also be reviewed to ensure compliance with GiANT’s IP guidelines before distribution.
As GiANT continues to innovate and expand its tools and frameworks, including 5 Voices, this policy may be updated periodically. Guides are responsible for staying informed of any changes and ensuring their compliance with the latest guidelines.
Failure to comply with GiANT’s IP usage policies, particularly concerning 5 Voices, may result in:
Marketing must reflect GiANT values and uphold the professionalism expected of Certified Guides. This includes ensuring that all promotional activities are accurate, ethical, and aligned with the brand's mission. Using approved marketing materials not only strengthens your credibility but also maintains the trust of your audience. Always strive to present yourself and GiANT as leaders in leadership development.
At no time may any Guide upload or post any original GiANT content (audio or video) except as released by GiANT directly for Guide promotional use. Guides may only post content (audio, video, or other) of themselves teaching GiANT content—without including any of the original audio or visual GiANT content—as long as the total content time (in whole or divided into multiple pieces) does not exceed five minutes in length.
You must disclose your affiliation as a 5 Voices Certified Guide in all posts, ensuring transparency with your audience. When creating content, consider how your messaging aligns with GiANT's mission and values. Avoid using unapproved or outdated materials that may misrepresent the tools or resources offered. Additionally, remember that social media is a space to engage, inspire, and connect—maintain a tone of collaboration and positivity in all interactions.
Certified Guides may terminate their agreements by opting to discontinue their annual licensing. In such cases, their license will expire at the end of the current licensing term. Any payment plans currently in progress for the prior year’s annual licensing fees will remain active and must be fulfilled. Non-compliance with the policies outlined in this agreement may result in involuntary termination. In the event of termination, all access to resources, certifications, licenses, community, support, and commissions will cease immediately. After voluntary termination, Guides can rejoin at any time by paying their annual licensing fees for the next 12 months. Those who were involuntarily terminated may re-apply to join, but approval rests solely on GiANT's discretion.
Former Guides must start as new members. Prior XP and commissions do not carry over.
Disputes are resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Federal Arbitration Act. Arbitration will be conducted by a neutral third-party arbitrator mutually agreed upon by both parties. The process will occur in a confidential manner to protect the interests of both GiANT and the Guide. The decision of the arbitrator will be final and enforceable by law. Arbitration is intended to provide a fair and efficient resolution to disputes without the need for prolonged litigation. Both parties are encouraged to present their case clearly and professionally to facilitate an equitable outcome.
Any disputes not resolved through arbitration will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma. By agreeing to these terms, both parties consent to this jurisdiction as the governing venue for legal matters. This ensures consistency and clarity in handling disputes while minimizing unnecessary legal complexities.
Certification renewals must be completed annually to maintain active status as a 5 Voices Certified Guide. GiANT will notify Guides of upcoming renewal deadlines at least 30 days in advance to ensure ample preparation time. The renewal process includes submitting payment for the annual licensing fee. Guides who fail to renew by the stated deadline will lose access to all resources, certifications, licenses, community, support, and commissions. If they were not involuntarily terminated, they may rejoin by paying the annual licensing fee for the next 12 months, but they will start as new members. Prior XP and commissions do not carry over.
